00-12: Jog Frequency (Hz) =1.00 ～ 25.00
00-13: Jog Acceleration Time (MFIT) (Seconds) =0.1~25.5
00-14: Jog Deceleration Time (MFIT) (Seconds) =0.1~ 25.5
Example：When 1-00(S1)=6，1-01(S2)=7 (Jog), Jog run is controlled by external terminals, S1 on is
Jog-forward, S2 on is Jog-reverse.
