according to the setting of 04-01 and the error message,
‘STP2’flashes after stop. Release and re-activate the run
contact to restart the inverter.
2. If the inverter is in communication mode and the Stop key
is enabled, the inverter will stop in the way set bywhen Stop
key is pressed during operation and then flashes STP2. The
Host controller has to send a Stop command then a Run
command to the inverter for it to be restarted.

5.1.4 The instructions for the Power and Alarm LED of the inverter:
