Sets or queries the zoom state mode.

<OFF> or < NR1> = 0 turns off zoom.
<ON> or < NR1> = 1 turns on zoom.
ZOOm:STATE 0
sets the zoom state to off.

might return :ZOOM:STATE 0 for the zoom state.
