Why is the relay not activating on my Telecom Behnke 5 Series?
There are a couple of reasons why the relay on your Telecom Behnke Intercom System might not be activating. First, the relay operations mode might be incorrect; use configuration step 08 to choose a suitable operations mode for a door relay, such as operations mode 4. Second, the telephone used for remote configuration may not be sending DTMF tones; remote configuration is only possible with a DTMF dialing telephone. Check with your intercom system support about sending DTMF tones.
