4.1. Configuration example intercom station
It has been decided to use a Behnke Series
5/10 Intercom with two direct call buttons.
The Behnke device has been installed and
connected to an extension of the telephone
system with the relay wired to hold the open
door function. Pressing direct call button 1
shall establish a connection to the reception
(extension 111) and pressing direct call button 2
shall establish a connection to the warehouse
(extension 222). Entering code 99 shall open
the door and the relay shall be activated for
3 seconds. Additionally, the volume shall be
increased slightly and to prevent unauthorised
access, the security code shall be changed to
1234.
Starting from the default settings, the
following configurations need to be changed:
