2. Choose an application.
Note: To return to the Quick Poll without accessing any documents,
choose Quick Poll.
3. When you are finished, click the Quick Poll icon on the top of the
handheld screen to return to the Quick Poll tool.
4. To submit your answer to the teacher, press ~ and choose Submit

.
Note: Choose Clear Answer to clear your answer and try again.
When you respond to a poll, your response is immediately sent to the
teacher’s computer and teachers can keep track of student responses in
real time. When you submit your answer, their computer is updated with
the answer you submitted. Your teacher may have set the poll to allow
you to submit your answer more than once. If so, you can continue to
respond to the poll and submit it, until your teacher stops the poll.
Responding to different question types
f For Multiple Choice questions, use e to navigate to your response.
Press
· to mark your response.
f For Open Response questions, press e to move the cursor to the
answer box, and type your response.
f For Equation questions, press
e to move the cursor to the answer
box, and type your response. If a graph is included with the question,
when you press ·, the function you entered shows up on the
graph. Your cursor will still be in the answer box. You cannot
manipulate the graph itself. The graph updates when you type an
answer and press ·.
f For Coordinate Points: (x,y) questions, press e to move the cursor
to the x-field answer box. Type your answer, and press
e to move
to the y-field box. Type your answer.
If a graph is included with the question, when you press ·, the
function you entered shows up on the graph.
You can use
/b to access the Window and Zoom functions
while you are working on the graph.
f For Coordinate Points: Drop Points questions, press
e to move the
cursor to a point on the graph. Press · to drop a point at that
location.
If you need to delete a point, press /Z to undo the action.
