66 Configuring the TI-Nspire™ CX handheld
Click OK to apply the settings to any open documents and save the
settings as default for new documents and Scratchpad.
Restoring Graphs & Geometry Settings
Complete the following steps to restore the original factory settings to
open or new documents and to the Scratchpad.
1. From the Home screen, press
522 to open the Graphs &
Geometry Settings
dialog box.
2. Use the Touchpad or press e to highlight Restore.
3. Press ·. The Restore Defaults dialog box opens.
4. Click
OK to restore Graphs and Geometry settings to the factory
default settings.
5. Press
d to return to the Home screen.
Viewing handheld status
The Handheld Status screen provides the following information about
the current state of the handheld:
Battery status for the rechargeable batteries
Software version
Available space
Network (if any)
Your student login name and whether you are logged in
