scheduling order and priority, the number of participants, the mailbox length,
and the wait time by combining the following code modifications:
❏ Creation order or priority of tasks
❏ Number of readers and writers
❏ Mailbox length parameter (MBXLENGTH)
❏ Add code to handle a writer task timeout
