Position and place the Mount Arm / Tube Assembly (Item #1) between the Upper and Lower PTO Mount Plate.
Make sure the back of the Mount Arm / Tube is resting against the bottom tab of the Lower PTO Mount Plate.
Secure the Mount Arm / Tube to the Upper and Lower Mount Plate by using (4) Grade 5 3/8”-16 x 3-1/2” HHCS
(Item #2) and (4) 3/8”-16 Ny-flange Lock Nuts (Item #3). Refer to Figure A.
