Position and align the Caster / Weight Bracket Support (Item #2) to the inside of the right caster of the mower. Refer
to Figure D. Next, align the Right Caster / Weight Bracket (Item #1) to the outside of the mower’s right caster and
secure the Right Caster / Weight Bracket using (3) 3/8”-16 x 1-1/4” Carriage Bolts (Item #3) and (3) 3/8”-16 Ny-Flange
Lock Nuts (Item #4). Refer to Figure D.

Insert (2) Suitcase Weights (Item #1) into the Right Caster / Weight Bracket and secure the Suitcase Weights using
(2) 1/2” x 5” Clevis Pin (Item #2) and (2) Hair Pin Cotter / Double Loop (Item #3). Refer to Figure E.
NOTE: Position the bolt holes with the through holes of the
Right Caster
NOTE: The Clevis Pin and Hair Pin Cotter used under the
weights are used to lock the weights in place.
