6.2 AUTOMATIC MASTERSTREAM NOZZLES
Automatic nozzles maintain a constant pressure by adjusting their orifi ce to match the available ow. Consult the nozzle manufacturer
for maximum ow and pressure range. In all cases do not exceed the safe operating envelope in Fig 3.1.1. See LIM-030 Masterstream
nozzle series for information about TFT’s Masterstream nozzles.
6.3 MONSOON MONITOR FRICTION LOSS
The discharge size of the monitor determines maximum fl ow. Excessive turbulence will result if maximum fl ow is exceeded.
