5.9 Installing and removing the wheels
5.9.1 Installing and removing the wheels on the Scylon frame
TIME Scylon frames are equipped with forks with safety lugs, for a quick locking system with traditional locking.
Before assembling, read the technical instructions of the wheel and wheel lock manufacturer.
Wheel installation:
- Position the quick release lever

of the wheel
axle in the open position

- Maintain this leverage

in open position,
and bring the fork

onto the wheel axis.
- Turn the adjusting nut

until it is slightly tight.

- Operate the quick release lever

in closed
position

: the clamping force must be correct,
then lock this lever.
If the clamping force is not correct, slightly turn the
adjusting nut clockwise to increase the clamping
force.
