1.Removethescrews,nuts,andwashersupportingthe
jackpadontherightsideofthemachine.
2.Lowertherollbar(Figure6)ontothemounting
brackets,aligningthemountingholes.
3.Securetheleftsideoftherollbartothemounting
bracketwith4bolts(1/2x1.5inch)andlocknuts
(Figure6).
Note:Torquethefastenersto91to115N∙m(67to
85ft-lb).
4.Securetherightsideoftherollbarandthepreviously
removedjackpadtothemountingbracketwith2bolts
(1/2x1.5inches),2bolts(1/2x1.75inches),1washer,
andlocknutsasillustratedinFigure6.
Important:Ensurethatyouinstallthewasherin
thecorrectlocationasillustratedinFigure6.
Note:Torquethefastenersto91to115N∙m(67to
85ft-lb).
WARNING
Failuretoweartheseatbeltwhileoperatingthe
vehiclecanresultinyoubeingthrownfromtheseat
andcrushedduringarolloveraccident.
Alwaysusetheseatbelt.

positionwhenthereelmotorsareintheholdersonthe
machineframe.Damagetothemotorsorhosescould
result.
Note:Whensharpening,settingtheheightofcutor
performingothermaintenanceproceduresonthecutting
units,storethecuttingunitreelmotorsinthesupporttubes
onthefrontoftheframeandsideofthemachinetoprevent
damagingthehoses.
