1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
Note:Makesurethatthemachinehascooleddown
sotheoiliscold.
2.Checktheoillevelbyviewingthesightwindowonthe
sideoftheauxiliaryoiltank(Figure23).
Note:Iftheoillevelisbetweenthe2marksonthe
sightwindow ,theoillevelissufcient.
3.Iftheoillevelisbelowthebottommarkinthesight
window,removethecapfromthehydraulicuidtank
andslowlyllthetankwiththeappropriatehighquality
hydraulicuiduntilthelevelisbetweenthe2marks
onthesightwindow.
Important:Topreventsystemcontamination,
cleanthetopofthehydraulicuidcontainers
beforepuncturingthem.Ensurethatthepour
spoutandfunnelareclean.
Note:Donotmixoils.

Note:Makeaclosevisualinspectionofthehydraulic
components.Inspectthemforleaks,loosefasteners,

changeandmaintenanceproceduresrecommendedduring
thebreak-inperiod.
Only8hoursofmowingoperationisrequiredforthebreak-in
period.
Sincethersthoursofoperationarecriticaltofuture
dependabilityofthemachine,monitoritsfunctionsand
performancecloselysothatminordifculties,whichcould
leadtomajorproblems,arenotedandcanbecorrected.
Inspectthemachinefrequentlyduringbreak-inforsignsof
oilleakage,loosefasteners,oranyothermalfunction.
