AdjustingtheTransportSpeed
ObtainingtheMaximumTransport
Speed
Thetractionpedalisadjustedformaximum-transportspeed
atthefactory,butyoumayneedtoadjustitifthepedal
reachesfullstrokebeforeitcontactsthepedalstop,orifyou
wanttoadecreasethetransportspeed.
Toobtainthemaximum-transportspeed,putthefunctional
controlleverintheTRANSPORTpositionandpressdownon
thetractionpedal.Ifthepedalcontactsthestop(Figure55)
beforeyoufeeltensiononthecable,performthefollowing
adjustmentprocedure:

1.Putthefunctional-controlleverintheTRANSPORT
positionandloosenthelocknutsecuringthepedalstop
totheoorplate(Figure55).
2.Tightenthepedalstopuntilitdoesnotcontactthe
tractionpedal.
3.Continueapplyingalightloadonthetransportpedal
andadjustthepedalstopsoitcontactsthepedalrod
andtightenthenuts.
Important:Ensurethatthetensiononthecable
isnotexcessiveoryouwillreducethecablelife.
ReducingtheTransportSpeed
1.Pressdownonthetractionpedalandloosenthe
locknutsecuringthepedalstoptotheoorplate.
2.Loosenthepedalstopuntilyouobtainthedesired
transportspeed.
3.Tightenthelocknutsecuringthepedalstop.
AdjustingtheMowingSpeed
Factorysetting:6.1km/h(3.8mph)
1.Loosenthejamnutonthetrunnionboltonthesideof
thetractionpedal(Figure56).
