Toregulatetheheightofthefront-cuttingunitswhenin
theraised(transport)position,youcanadjustthefront-lift
cylinders.
1.Lowerthecuttingunitstotheground.
2.Loosenthejamnutontheclevisofthecutting-unit-lift
cylinderthatneedstobeadjusted.
3.Disconnectthecylinderclevisfromtheliftarm.
4.Rotatetheclevisuntilyouattainthedesiredheight.
5.Connectthecylinderclevistotheliftarmandtighten
thejamnut.

ServiceInterval:Aftertherst50hours—Changethe
hydrauliclter.
Every800hours—Changethehydraulicuid.
Every800hours—Changethehydrauliclter.
Iftheoilbecomescontaminated,haveyourTorodistributor
ushthesystem.Contaminatedoillooksmilkyorblackwhen
comparedtocleanoil.
1.Cleantheareaaroundtheltermountingarea(Figure
59).Placeadrainpanunderthelterandremovethe
lter.

Note:Iftheoilisnotgoingtobedrained,disconnect
andplugthehydrauliclinegoingtothelter.
2.Fillthereplacementlterwiththeappropriatehydraulic
uid,lubricatethesealinggasket,andhandturnituntil
thegasketcontactsthelterhead.Thentightenit3/4
turnfurther.
3.Fillthehydraulicreservoirandsmall-auxiliarytankwith
approximately32L(8-1/2USgallons)ofhydraulic
uid;refertoCheckingtheHydraulic-FluidLevel(page
22).
4.Startthemachineandrunitatidlefor3to5minutes
tocirculatetheuidandremoveanyairtrappedinthe
system.Shutofftheengineandchecktheuidlevel.
5.Disposeoftheoilandlterproperly.
Note:Iftheleak-detectoralarmsounds,turnthekey
offandwaitafewminutesfortheoilleveltoequalizein
thetanks.Checktheuidlevelandaddoil,ifrequired.
