intoskin.
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesdailyforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,weather
deterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.Makeallnecessary
repairsbeforeoperating.

•Neverattempttoturnthereelsbyhandorfoot
whiletheengineisrunning.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe
cuttingunits,shutofftheengine,andsettheparking
brake.
2.Unlockandraisetheseattoexposethecontrols.
3.Makeinitialreeltobedknifeadjustmentsappropriate
forbacklappingonallcuttingunitswhicharetobe
backlapped;refertotheCuttingUnitOperator'sManual.
4.RotatethebacklaplevertotheRposition(Figure60).
