•Neverallowchildrenoruntrainedpeopletooperateor
servicethemachine.Localregulationsmayrestrictthe
ageoftheoperator.Theownerisresponsiblefortraining
alloperatorsandmechanics.
•Becomefamiliarwiththesafeoperationoftheequipment,
operatorcontrols,andsafetysigns.
•Knowhowtostopthemachineandenginequickly.
•Checkthatoperator-presencecontrols,safetyswitches,
andshieldsareattachedandfunctioningproperly.Donot
operatethemachineunlesstheyarefunctioningproperly.
•Beforemowing,alwaysinspectthemachinetoensurethat
theblades,bladebolts,andcuttingassembliesareingood
workingcondition.Replacewornordamagedbladesand
boltsinsetstopreservebalance.
•Inspecttheareawhereyouwillusethemachineand
removeallobjectsthatthemachinecouldthrow .
FuelSafety
•Useextremecareinhandlingfuel.Itisammableandits
vaporsareexplosive.
•Extinguishallcigarettes,cigars,pipes,andothersources
ofignition.
•Useonlyanapprovedfuelcontainer.
•Neverremovethefuelcaporllthefueltankwhilethe
engineisrunningorhot.
•Neverrefuelthemachineinanenclosedspace.
•Neverstorethemachineorfuelcontainerwherethereis
anopename,spark,orpilotlight,suchasonawater
heaterorotherappliance.
•Ifyouspillfuel,donotattempttostarttheengine;avoid
creatinganysourceofignitionuntilthefuelvaporshave
dissipated.

ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Useonlyclean,freshdieselfuelwithlow(<501ppm)orultra
low(<15ppm)sulfurcontent.Theminimumcetanerating
is40.Toensurefuelfreshness,purchasefuelinquantities
thatisusedwithin180days.
Fueltankcapacity:25L(10UKgallons).
Usesummer-gradedieselfuel(No.2-D)attemperatures
above-7°C(20°F)andwintergrade(No.1-DorNo.
1-D/2-Dblend)belowthattemperature.Theuseof
winter-gradefuelatlowertemperaturesprovideslowerash
pointandcoldowcharacteristics,whicheasesstartingand
reducesfuellterplugging.
Theuseofsummer-gradefuelabove-7°C(20°F)contributes
towardlongerfuelpumplifeandincreasedpowercompared
towinter-gradefuel.
Important:Donotusekeroseneorgasolineinstead
ofdieselfuel.Thisproductissuitableforusewith
BiodieselofuptoB7.Failuretoobservethiscautionwill
damagetheengine.
WARNING
Fuelisharmfulorfatalifswallowed.Long-term
exposuretovaporscancauseseriousinjuryand
illness.
•Avoidprolongedbreathingofvapors.
•Keepfaceawayfromnozzleandfueltankor
conditioneropening.
