6. Remove the top and bottom bushings (Fig. 036).

Estate Series with bushing front casters
1. Drive the upper and lower bushings in until they seat
against the step in the housing (Fig. 037).

3. Install the tall spacer (Fig. 039).

2. Install the caster fork assembly into the front frame
(Fig. 038).
Note: Ensure short caster spacer is installed prior
to assembling the caster assembly.
