6. Install the three spring washers (Fig. 056).

7. Install the locknut and tighten until the spring
washers are at, then back off 1/4 turn to properly
set the preload on the bearings (Fig. 057).

9. Replace the grease plug.
10. Install the top grease cap.

8. Remove the grease plug located on the side of the
hub on the frame for the caster fork. Install a grease
tting, and pump grease into the housing until
grease is passing through the upper bearing (Fig.
058).
