11. Raise mower deck to the transport position. Remove
the support blocks. Check the deck level adjustment
(refer to Mower Deck Leveling page x-xx). Readjust
compression spring length by turning front nut.
Spring should be compressed to a length of 11-1/8”
(28.26cm) between washers. Lock the front nut into
position by tightening the spring jam nut (Fig. 138).

10. Install hex nut on end of deck lift rod. Tighten
against deck mount swivel. Repeat procedure for
opposite side deck lift swivel (Fig. 137).
CHASSIS
12. Install the panel assembly with the four fasteners
retaining the panel to the frame (Fig. 139).

14. Lower the oor pan assembly.

This procedure applies to either the right or left motion
control assembly.
1. Remove the panel assembly by removing the 4
fasteners retaining the panel to the frame (Fig. 140).
