Solution
o Make sure the power cord is plugged in and then pressPOWER.
o Theremote control batteries maybe dead. Replacethe batteries or try the front panelbuttons
o Pressthe RESETbutton on the TV front pane] (page 9)
o Check the antenr/a/cable connections (Chapter 2}.
o PressINPUT oil the remote control or W/VIDEO or/the TVfront pane]arid select avalid video ir/put
source (page 67). If rio device is conneded to any ofthe ir/puts on the TV, no picture win displaywhen
you selectthat particular input source. Fordevice connection details, seeChapter 2.
o Antenna reception may be pool-.Use a highlydirectional outdoor antenna (if applicable}.
o Thestation mayhave broadcast difficulties Tryanother channel.
o Adjust tile picture qualities (page 77}.
o Ifyou are,using a VCR, make sclrethe TVA!CRbutton oil the remotecontrol is set correctly (page 26}
o[f you have '_woVCRs connected to your ]_,/,do not connect the sameVCR to tile ]S/'s output and input
connedions at tile same time {page 18).
o Do not cor/nect a standard video cable and an S-video cableto VIDEO-1 or VIDEO-2 on the W back (or
VIDEO-3 on tile TVfron0 at tile same time (Chapter 2).

video from the VIDEO OUTsignal, a standard video or S-video IN jack must be used instead of the
ColorStreamconnections.
