Press the [REGISTRATION] button on the touch panel.

Select an unregistered user group between “002” and “200”, and then
press the [ENTER] button.
• If the desired user group is not displayed on the menu, press the [Prev] or [Next] button to switch the menu.
• To display the applicable menu immediately, key in the user group number.

Press the [NAME] button, and then enter the user group name.
• When the [NAME] button is pressed, the letter entry menu ( P.35) is displayed. Up to 20 letters can be
entered.
