Registering into address book from log lists
You can register the information such as the remote Fax numbers and E-mail addresses in the address
book from the send/receive log screen.
The following information can be registered from the Send log:
• Remote FAX number which was dialed by direct entry using the digital keys, or which was
searched for by the LDAP server
• E-mail address which was manually entered, or which was searched for by the LDAP server
The following information can be registered from the Receive log:
• Remote FAX number which was dialed by direct entry using the digital keys, or which was
searched for by the LDAP server for a Polling Reception
• E-mail address of the sender
The following information can be registered from the Scan log:
• E-mail address which was manually entered

Press the [SEND] (or [RECEIVE] or [SCAN]) button on the log menu.
• The send (or receive or scan) log list is displayed.

Select the job which includes the Fax number or E-mail address you
want to register into the address book.
