[2500] HOST NAME error (RFC: 500) / Destination mail address error (RFC: 500) / Terminal mail
address error (RFC: 500)
[2501] HOST NAME error (RFC: 501) / Destination mail address error (RFC: 501) / Terminal mail
address error (RFC: 501)
Check if the Terminal mail address and Destination mail address are correct.
Check if the mail server is operating properly.
Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in error again.
[2503] Destination mail address error (RFC: 503)
[2504] HOST NAME error (RFC: 504)
[2551] Destination mail address error (RFC: 551)
Check if the mail server is operating properly.
Turn the power OFF and then back ON. Perform the job in error again.
If the error still occurs, replace the SYS board.
[2550] Destination address ERROR (RFC: 550)
Check the destination address, status of mailbox access restriction on the server, etc. then perform
authentication again.
[2551] Destination address ERROR (RFC: 551)
Check that the destination address is valid and the mail server works correctly, then perform authenti-
cation again.
[2552] From/Destination address ERROR (RFC: 552)
Check the destination address and status of mailbox capacity restriction on the server, then perform
authentication again.
[2553] Destination mail address error (RFC: 553)
Check if there is an illegal character in the mail box in the mail server.
