4.18 Heat Sink
Removing the heat sink
To remove the heat sink, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-33.
1. Remove the following screws securing the heat sink by order.
• M2×3L FLAT HEAD screw ×6
2. Take the heat sink from the slot.

CAUTION: Remove the screws in the order of mark “6”,”5”,“4”,“3”, “2” and “1”
on the CPU holder.
