This signal indicates that the servo power of the 
TSL3000E/TSL3100E robot controller can be turned on. 
This signal can always be used, irrespective of the master 
mode selected by means of the MODE switch. 
1.  Program so that the RUN signal can be turned on only 
after the SV_RDY signal turns on. 
2.  To prevent an internal damage after servo OFF, the 
interval time is seven (7) seconds when the servo is 
turned on for the number of times that is a multiple of 3. 
If servo is to be turned on again for the first and second 
times, the EX_SVON signal can be accepted after the 
SV_RDY signal is turned off. However, be aware that an 
interval time is included in the third EX_SVON signal.
