Unit Nameplate
The unit nameplate is located on the right side of the
control panel. A typical unit nameplate is illustrated in
the following figure and contains the following
information:
• Unit model and size descriptor
• Unit serial number
• Unit electrical requirements
• Correct operating charge and refrigerant type
• Unit test pressures and maximum operating
pressures
• Unit literature
• Drawing numbers for unit wiring diagrams
SSeerriiaall NNuummbbeerr.. The unit serial number provides the
specific chiller identity. Always provide this serial
number when calling for service or during parts
identification.
SSeerrvviiccee MMooddeell NNuummbbeerr.. The service model represents
the unit as built for service purposes. It identifies the
selections of variable unit features required when
ordering replacements parts or requesting service.

Drives
(AFDs) are identified by a separate number; refer
to “Model Number Descriptions,” p. 8.
PPrroodduucctt DDeessccrriippttiioonn BBlloocckk.. The Agility™ chiller
models are defined and built using the Product
Definition and Selection (PDS) system. This system
describes the product offerings using a product coding
block which is made up of feature categories and codes
that identify all characteristics of a unit.
