5. To Retract the slide-out room:
Be sure that there are no obstructions inside or outside the Motorhome that would prevent easy operation.
a) Slide control: Press and hold the control switch until the room is back in place so that all weather seals will be in their
proper alignment. Release the control switch when the room is fully retracted.
6. Set-Up:
Service by a professional, adjustments, regular maintenance and replacement of weather seals as needed will extend
the life and comfort of your slide-out unit.
7. Seals:
Cracked and worn weather seals may allow moisture and dirt to enter your Motorhome and cause premature deterioration
of the interior. Check the seals carefully in fall and in spring and have them replaced if necessary. Extensive travel and
use in severe weather conditions may cause a more rapid deterioration of some components, especially weather seals.
9.3.2 SLIDE OUT ROOM EMERGENCY OPERATION
In the event that the Inwall Slide Unit fails to operate and manual operations is neccessary, proceed as follows;
1. Locate the control board
2. Un-plug both motors.
3. The room may now be pushed in or out as desired. Larger roooms may need several people to push. Try to keep
both sides of the room even. When the room is completely in, plug both motors back in to the controller, this applies a
brake to the motors and keeps the room locked in position.
***********************DO NOT MOVE THE RV UNLESS THE MOTORS ARE PLUGGED IN.*************************
If you are unable to move the room after following the above prodedure, then both motors will need to be disen-
gaged.
