Check the circuit breaker next to the On/Off switch to make sure it hasn't tripped; if it has, reset it. Use a voltmeter to verify that there is power at the outlet. Why is the heart rate displaying erratically on my True Treadmill?
    • S
      Stephen GarzaAug 26, 2025
Make sure the transmitter belt contacts are making good contact with your skin and are moist. Ensure the transmitter belt is within 3 feet (1 meter) of the heart rate receiver on the console. If you are still experiencing issues, replace the transmitter belt, as the battery inside may be depleted. Also, environmental interference from high voltage power lines may cause this issue, try moving the unit to another position within the room or move the cause of the interference until heart rate reading are stable. If the probable source of interference is plugged into the same outlet move the suspect source to another outlet. Finally, another user wearing a compatible transmitter strap may be interfering, so move the units further apart.
