DOPOSITOR
Statistics Screen
The Statistics screen is accessed from the Main screen by
pressing the STATISTICS button. This screen allows the
operator to view statistical information and reset the Shift Cycles
counter.
The Statistics screen contains the following functions and displays:

Function
ACTUAL
PRODUCTION RATE
Displays how many cuts are being produced per minute at the current rate.
ACTUAL CYCLE TIME
Displays how long between cuts it takes in seconds.
RUNTIME HOURS
This is the total amount of hours the machine has been running in its lifetime.
This count cannot be reset.
TOTAL CYCLES
This is the total amount of cuts the machine has done in its lifetime.
This count cannot be reset.
SHIFT CYCLES
Displays the current count of cuts that have been done since the last reset.
This count can be reset using the Reset Shift Cycles button on this screen.
MAIN AIR SENSOR
STATUS
Displays whether or not the Main Air sensor is being used or not.
This can be turned off/on on the Technical 2 Screen.
TRIAL MODE
CYCLES LEFT
Displays how many cuts are left before the machine is inoperable.
This will only be shown if the machine is being tested in a limited trial run.
Trial Mode can be disabled on the Technical screen with the proper
password available from the manufacturer.
RESET SHIFT
CYCLES Button
This button allows the operator to reset the Shift Cycles counter. This is
usually used to reset the count after a predetermined amount of time (after a
shift, or after a product run, etc.)
BACK Button
This button returns to the Main Startup screen.
