Mode Screen
The Mode screen is accessed from the Main Startup screen by
pressing the MODE button. This screen allows the operator to put
the machine into Washdown Mode or Test Mode.
The Mode screen contains the following functions and displays:
This button turns on Washdown Mode. This mode will run the auger at a slow
speed (set up on the Technical screen) continuously until the Stop button is
pressed.
The Cutter should not cycle, but it is still important to practice safety
around these devices.
This button turns on different modes of the Mini Dopositor.
In Foot Pedal Mode the machine will cycle once each time the foot pedal is
pressed. The machine will run continuously if the foot pedal is held pressed.
In Continuous Mode the machine will cycle continuously when the foot pedal
is pressed until the machine is stopped by the foot pedal or Stop button. This
mode is used for the highest production rate.
In Pan Mode the machine will cycle continuously when the foot pedal is
pressed until the Number of Deposits is reached. The machine will then stop
and wait for the next foot pedal press. The machine can also be stopped in
the middle of its cycle set by pressing the foot pedal again or the Stop button.
In Manual Mode the machine deposits for as long as the foot pedal is
pressed. This is used to deposit on or into items that require different lengths
or amount of product.
This button turns on Test Mode. This mode will run all functions continuously
to test the endurance and reliability of the machine.
This can be used to troubleshoot the machine if any issues arise.
This button returns to the Main Startup screen.
