Technical 2 Screen
The Technical 2 screen is accessed from the Technical screen by
pressing the NEXT button. This screen allows only the technician
or higher security level to change parameters that are changed
rarely and affect how the machine runs.
The Technical 2 screen contains the following functions and displays:
Cutter Retract Delay is used when the knife is being used and sets how long
the knife will travel and stay in the forward position before returning.
Cutter Return Time sets how long it takes the knife to retract so that the next
cycle will be allowed to begin.
The Trial Mode Code will be visible when the machine is being used on a trial
basis.
The manufacturer can provide the code and it is to be entered here to have
full functionality of the machine.
Contact your dealer to obtain the code and full functionality of the machine.
This button allows the user to change if a knife is being used or a nozzle.
The mode changes how the knife/nozzle behaves and must be in the correct
mode for the type of knife/nozzle being used.
MAIN AIR SENSOR
ON/OFF Button
This button is used to enable and disable the Main Air Sensor. This is used
in case the sensor has failed and allows the machine to still run while
ignoring the sensor.
This button appears when a Micro SD card is inserted into the back of the
HMI screen.
This allows the technician to restore all of the recipes from the SD card.
This button appears when a Micro SD card is inserted into the back of the
HMI screen.
This allows the technician to backup all of the recipes on to the SD card.
This button will be disabled if the SD card is locked (the physical switch on
the SD card).
This button returns to the Technical screen.
