BOILER MAXIMUM (Boil MAX) (See fig. d)
• The Boil MAX is the highest water temperature the control is
allowed to use as a Boil TRG temperature
• At no time does the control operate the boiler above 248°F
(120°C).
NOTE: If the control calculates target Boil MAX
and the Boil SUP temperature is near the Boil MAX
temperature, the Maximum pointer turns on while
the Boil TRG or the Boil SUP temperature is viewed.
WARM WEATHER SHUT DOWN (WWSD)
(See fig. e)
• When the outdoor air temperature rises above WWSD
setting, the SYSTEMpro 311 turns on the LCD's WWSD
pointer
• When control is in Warm Weather Shut Down, Mix Demand
and Boiler Demand pointers are displayed if there is a
demand
NOTE: The control does not operate the heating
system to satisfy Mix or Boiler demands. The control
will respond to a DHW demand and operates as
described in Section C.
BOILER INDOOR (Boil INDR) (See fig. f)
• Boil INDR is the room temperature used in original building
heat-loss calculations
• Setting establishes the beginning of the reset ratio for the
boiler zones
BOILER ROOM (Boil ROOM) (See fig. g)
• The Boil ROOM is the desired room temperature for the
boiler zones
• This setting provides a parallel shift of the reset ratio
NOTE: The room temperature desired by the
occupants is often different from the designed indoor
temperature (Boil INDR). If the room temperature is
not correct, adjusting Boil ROOM setting increases or
decreases amount of heat available to the building.
