1 Place Child Restraint on vehicle seat in the
REAR-FACING direction as shown. Ensure
the bottom surface is flush against the
vehicle seat without any gapping or tilting.
2 To adjust recline, pull the Recline
Adjustment Handle and move the seat
to the desired recline position.
This Child Restraint has 3 recline positions. Recline can be changed to improve installation of this Child Restraint and for child
comfort. The Comfort Inlay should be used with children 14-20 lbs (6.4–9 kg) approximately.
Rear-Facing Installation – Setup
When first using the seat in REAR-FACING mode,
ensure proper child positioning by reclining the
child restraint to the maximum recline position.
Note: Ensure you are parked on level ground
before adjusting recline
