2 Ensuring the Lower Anchor Connector
Belt is not twisted, route the belt across
the lock-o and through the respective
left and right RED FORWARD-FACING
Belt Paths. (LATCH set up can be found
on page 66.)
3 Attach to Lower Anchors (LATCH)
in vehicle. Listen for an audible click.

4 Apply pressure into back seating surface,
as shown, and pull up on the excess
lower anchor connector belt to remove
any slack.
Forward-Facing Installation – LATCH Use
ATTENTION: This Child Restraint cannot be installed using lower anchors (LATCH) for FORWARD-FACING installation
when your child exceeds 45 lbs (20.4 kg). If your child weighs over 45 lbs (20.4 kg) the vehicle belt must be used for
installation.
