Reset the fault
F22, F23 CHECKSUM ERROR
Clear fault memory
Disconnect input power from drive and wait until
internal power supply shuts down
Change value of some parameter and press
ENTER. Disconnect input power.

Replace control board with functioning one
according to instructions on section 9.3.6.
Replace defective parts as recommended in
spare part lists
Load software into the control board according
to instructions on section 12.
Power up the drive
