used to increase packing density of components needed for implementation of
required functions. Mix of SMD and through hole components are used on the
board.
9.2.2 Warnings
The Power board is fed directly from high voltage DC bus and it carries
dangerous voltages. Galvanic isolation from primary to secondary windings is
provided by transformer in switching power supply. Isolation level is 2.5kV.
Any time, if intended to be performed testing or repair, make sure that
techniques which are going to be used complies with general safe working
instructions. Make sure that equipments used for the tests are designed to
voltage levels which can exist in circuit. Be awared, that additional
capacitance of measuring devices may cause an operation of the power supply
to be disturbed.
9.2.3 Layouts, connectors and signals
Layout drawings, connectors / connection between boards and signals of the
Power boards are illustrated on next pages.
