Adjusting the vertical shoe upwards allows the cutter block to cut closer to the panel.
Conversely, moving the shoe downwards lifts the cutter away from the panel leaving more
overhanging edge material.
To adjustment system for both the upper and lower blocks is the same but operates in
opposite directions due to one being on top and one under the panel.
The scraper knife holder blocks (904) must be removed to get access to the
adjusting screws for the vertical trimmer shoes.
