4. Get to Know Your Bike
Charging
Make sure you are using the correct mains voltage. The required mains voltage is indicated on the charger. It must comply with
the voltage of the current source. Chargers marked with 230 V can also be operated at 220 V.
The baery must be charged at least once every 3 months to avoid damage or destruction of the cells. If the charging process takes
longer than usual, the baery may be damaged. In this case, stop charging immediately. Have the baery and charger checked by your
retailer to prevent further damage.
Use only the baery charger. Do not cover the charger while in use. There is the possibility of short circuits or res.
When cleaning the charger, unplug it from the power outlet rst. Stop the charging process if the charging cycle lasts longer than
the duration listed in the specications table.
Only charge on a dry, non-ammable surface.
Do not cover the charger/baery during charging. There is a risk of overheating, re or explosion.
Charge the baery in a dry place, and on a non-ammable surface.
The charger is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose it to rain or snow
Do not incinerate, dissemble or short circuit baeries.
If the performance of the baeries decrease substantially, it is time to replay the baery.
Store the charger in a cool and dry place when not in use.
The device may only charge baeries that comply with EN directives (and are CE or GS marked).
Connect the charger directly to a power source. Never use extension cords.
Avoid reverse charging
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands. There is a risk of electric shock.
Note: A sudden rise in temperature can cause condensation in the baery. To avoid condensation, charge the baery at the
same place where it is stored.
Before using, check that the charger, cable and plug are not damaged. Do not use the charger, if you notice any damage. There
is a risk of electric shock.
Charge the baery only in a well-ventilated room.

This product must not be disposed together with the domestic waste. This product has to be disposed at an authorized place fro
recycling of electrical and electronic appliances. By collecting and recycling waste, you help save natural resources, and make
sure the product is disposed in an environmental friendly and healthy way.
