4. Transport, Unpacking and
Storage
4.1 Transport
Always transport the unit in the upright orientation and
ensurethatthepumpissecurelypackedinthebox.

Report any missing items or transport damage to the
manufacturer/ distributor immediately.
Retain the packaging if returning any parts.
Packaging (outer carton and foam) can be recycled - check
local recycling guidelines and facilities.

1. Make sure the storage location meets the following
conditions:
– Dry
– Out of direct sunlight
– Frost-free;temperaturerange-5°to+45°C
– Vibration-free
– Dust-free
2. Thecartridgeshouldbestoredintheboxitwassuppliedin
foramaximumof2years.
4.5 Interim Storage Before Using the
Pump
CAUTION
Risk of pump damage if stored incorrectly
X Please observe the storage recommendations and use
by dates which apply to the cartridge that you may wish
to bring into service after storage.
X Allow the pump and cartridge to reach ambient
temperature before use.
