Privacy Shield
The privacy shield is used to hide the keys when the user is entering a
password in a transaction. Two types of privacy shields can be used:
• Standard Type - This privacy shield is PCI-compliant. This must be
used when P630 is not mounted on a swivel stand.

Failure to use the privacy shield in a PCI-compliant manner will void PCI
compliance for the affected device.
