The interlock has failed to disengage.
The lid motor is at fault.
The power supply has been interrupted.
The foot sensor is not working effectively.
The lid seal has not deflated/vented air.
Place your foot under the sensor. Does the
sensor LED switch? If not there is an issue
with the sensor. Check if the LED is
illuminated on the corresponding IFM
terminal.
Check that the PCB green LED is illuminated
and all necessary parts are receiving power.
If all of the above checks are fine, manually
release the lid and check the interlock. Check
the lid motor is working.
The lid motor has jammed.
The power supply has been interrupted.
The foot sensor is not working effectively.
Place your foot under the sensor. Does the
sensor LED switch? If not there is an issue
with the sensor. Check if the LED is
illuminated on the corresponding IFM
terminal.
Check that the PCB green LED is illuminated
and all necessary parts are receiving power.
If the lid motor has jammed try forcing the lid
closed and re-opening it. If it still does not
work check the wiring and replace the lid
motor if necessary.
The lid assembly is misaligned.
The lid sensors have been displaced/are
faulty.
Check that the lid assembly is centrally
aligned and unobstructed, loosen the fixing
screws and realign if necessary.
Check that the lid open/close sensors are
operating correctly and are still affixed in
their original positions.

Please note that with all lid
checks it is first important to
check the lid is moving free
from obstruction and
misalingment.
