With the sectional punch, remove the driven pulley
shaft bearing.

Removing the driven pulley
Inspecting the hub shaft
- Check the three shafts for wear or distortion of
the toothed surfaces, the bearing housings, and
the oil seal housings.
- In case of anomalies, replace the damaged com-
ponents.
Inspecting the hub cover
- Check that the fitting surface is not dented or distorted. - Check the capacity of the bearings and the
brake camshaft. - If faults are found, replace the hub cover.
Refitting the driven pulley shaft bearing
- Heat up the parts using the specific heat gun

- Reassemble the driven pulley axle bearing positioning it with ball bearing in view from the inside of
the hub cover using the adequate tools
