> Carry out a visual inspection of the machine's stone guard and
counter knife for wear.
NB
Stone guards and counter knives with visible holes caused by heavy
wear must be replaced immediately.

> Activate the tractor's hydraulic system and allow the hydraulic
cylinder to release the machine's cutting lock.
> Pull in the cord and release the lock catch.
> Hold in the string and activate the tractor's hydraulics and lower the
machine down to the transport position.
