Programming the GSM Intercom
PROGRAMMING THE GSM INTERCOM
Programming the 4G GSM intercom can be carried out by one of the following methods: sending text (SMS) messages, by using the
GSMSK PC software (ver 4.1.0.35 or later), also refer to the programming manual GSMSK_66251720-EN_V2-1 (or later) or by using
the GSM mobile apps: Videx SMS Wizard (for administrators) and the Videx SMS Wizard PRO (for installers and engineers) also see
additional notes on page 67.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you are required to use in a text message it is important to use the correct symbol and not for example
or two single apostrophes side by side which may look the same, but will be interpreted dierently by the GSM intercom.
PROGRAMMING BY TEXT MESSAGE
Programming by text message is a simple way to customise the settings of the GSM intercom and add or delete telephone numbers.
If you have several buttons or telephone numbers to enter you may nd programming easier with the GSMSK PC software. Simply
send texts in the following format shown below to the telephone number of the SIM within the GSM intercom panel:
