Fault Measures
All indicators on the Vitocom 100 are off. Check the Vitocom 100 power supply.
Fault messages
Fault messages for the heating system
are shown on the control unit display.
These fault messages contain a fault
message text and a fault message
code.
Contact your heating contractor in con-
nection with each fault message
received.
The SMS sent by the Vitocom 100 shows
the fault message in a similar way using
the following information elements:
■ Operating state of the system after the
fault occurred, e.g. "emergency mode"
■ Cause of fault, e.g. "outside tempera-
ture sensor"
■ Display of the fault code for the precise
cause of the fault by means of the last
two characters in the SMS text (e.g.
"10")
