What to do if Viper AS430C Scrubber has inadequate vacuum?

  If your Viper Scrubber isn't vacuuming properly, the wastewater tank might be full, so you should drain it. Also, make sure the vacuum tube for waste and the squeegee are properly connected. Check the float filter for blockages and clean it, inspecting the float ball as well. The squeegee itself might be dirty or the blade worn, so clean and inspect it. Finally, ensure the recovery tank lid is properly sealed, replacing the sealing strip if damaged.

Why is my Viper Scrubber squeegee leaving marks?

  If your Viper Scrubber is leaving marks, it might be due to debris under the squeegee blade; remove any fragments. The squeegee blade could also be worn, cracked, or brittle, in which case you should replace it. Another reason could be that the squeegee balance is not adjusted properly, so you should adjust it.

  If your Viper Scrubber has little or no solution flow, the filter may be dirty, so you should clean it. The ball valve or solution valve might be faulty, in which case you should contact a Viper Distributor. Also, ensure the ball valve is in the correct position; maximum solution flow occurs when the ball valve is horizontal.

Why is the vacuum motor not working on my Viper Scrubber?

  If the vacuum motor on your Viper Scrubber isn't working, the wiring might be incorrectly connected or faulty, so check the wiring or contact a Viper Distributor. The vacuum motor itself could be bad, or the carbon brushes might be worn out, in which case you should contact a Viper Distributor.
