3. Enter the name of the group, and select group members on the right
sie of the screen, then add them to the group by clicking the <- button.
4. Click Add to save your settings and return to the Phone Group List
screen.
MODIFYING A PHONE GROUP
To modify a phone group:
1. In the Phone Group List screen, click the group which you want to
modify.
2. In the Modify a Group Set screen, enter your changes and then click
Update to save your settings and return to the Phone Group List
screen.
3. Click Update to send the changes to the scanner.
DELETING A PHONE GROUP
To delete a phone group:
1. In the Phone Group List screen, click Delete beneath the group
number which you want to delete.
2. A Confirmation dialog box opens. Click Yes to delete or No to cancel.
