2. With the cursor at the end of the Colombian text, press the 'backspace' button until all
of the text is deleted.
3. When the text is deleted, 'Coffee 2 Name' is displayed in this field instead of an actual
blend name. Using the keyboard, type in the new name for Coffee 2 - which in this case
changes to 'Mocha Java'.
